Stefan Sjöstrand

Stefan is a successful entrepreneur with a strong background in the grocery trade. He has held various positions in companies like Malaco, Marabou, and OLW, where he became CEO at just 29 years old. Under his leadership, OLW went from being the second player in the market to the leading brand in the snack industry, a position it still holds today. Stefan spent 14 years at IKEA, where he reached high-ranking positions in both the group management and the Management Board. In addition to being the CEO of Skistar, he is also the chairman of the board for Berte Gruppen, one of Sweden's oldest family businesses. Berte Gruppen includes companies such as SIA Glass and Berte Qvarn. Stefan is also a board member of Derome, a family company with a turnover of SEK 9 billion, operating in sawmills, house construction, and construction markets. Stefan has roots in Halland and grew up outside Falkenberg.
