Sarah Lerche

Sarah Lerche is a Silicon Valley veteran with 25+ years as a CFO, successful entrepreneur/start-up
founder, and advisor to Series A, B, and C technology startups and scale-ups.

Lerche co-founded Escalon Services, a technology-enabled business services provider in 2010,
building into a 1000+ person organization with $65M+ in annual revenue, realizing a successful exit in
2022. During this time she additionally served as a fractional CFO and advisor to CEOs and boards at
50+ technology startups and scale-ups, helping to raise over $650M+ in financing while developing
operational strategies to enable scalable growth through pioneering processes and AI and Machine
Learning technologies.

Lerche received both her MBA (Finance) and BA (Accounting) from the University of San Francisco. She currently serves on
the boards of JOR Farms AS (a vertical farm startup), Startup Norway AS, and Silicon Vikings (a non-profit Silicon Valley Networking Org.) Lerche
is also a Master Swimmer, completing the Alcatraz to San Francisco race in 2013.
