Per-André has been a Retained Executive Search Consultant since 1998 with a strong focus on the IT and Telecom vertical and functionally on positions within general management, consulting, sales, marketing and finance. Clients have included Telenor, NetCom, Microsoft, CA, Posten (Norwegian Mail), Opera Software, Capgemini, Ernst & Young, PA Consulting, Bain & Co, KPMG, Nets, Thales.

He has previously been a consultant with McKinsey & Co (management consulting), Burson-Marsteller (PR) and Boyden (Executive Search). He has also served on the board of IMD International Search Group. Per-André was a Navy officer for eight years, including four years at the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy, where he graduated with a major in Management and Social Sciences. In addition he earned an MBA from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia, USA in 1991.
