Marit Wetterhus

Marit is the CEO and founder of Capassa, an independent fintech company offering Digital CFO services tailored for SMEs, investors, board members and professionals. Capassa aggregates data from various sources into one seamless dashboard, automating tedious tasks and providing always updated, transparent financial insights. We empower our customers to make optimal, data-driven financial decisions with confidence.

Marit is also a Tech Nordic Advocates Global Board Member, an Advisor to the OECD and the co-founder of Women in Tech – Norway/UK. She has over 25 years of experience in fintech, IT, media, and telecommunications, and has been the CEO of 4 startups, a director in large telecoms, IT, media and consulting firms, and a board member in two listed telecommunications companies.  She is highly skilled in digitization, automation, cloud, data center establishment and operation, telecommunications, entrepreneurship, and strategy. Marit has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Carleton University in Canada and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
