Liviu Cadariu

Liviu is the co-founder and Program Director at StepFWD, the accelerator for CEE tech startups with diverse teams. He has been part of 3 startup projects, which, although unsuccessful, have proved to be the fastest learning curve in his career. Liviu has co-founded We For Real, a training and consulting company that helps startups and companies to build active communities around their products or brands. He has advised 30+ tech and entrepreneurial communities in creating their strategies and planning their community activities.
